Wegovy

Wegovy is for adults with obesity or some adults with excess weight and weight-related medical problems, along with a reduced-calorie meal plan and increased physical activity. Talk to our doctor about Wegovy and if it is right for you.
Saxenda
Saxenda® (liraglutide) injection 3 mg is an injectable prescription medicine used for adults with excess weight (BMI ≥27) who also have weight-related medical problems or obesity (BMI ≥30), and children aged 12-17 years with a body weight above 132 pounds (60 kg) and obesity to help them lose weight and keep the weight off. Saxenda® should be used with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Ask our provider if Saxenda® might be a good fit for you.
Phentermine
Is phentermine a good choice for weight loss?

Phentermine (Adipex-P, Lomaira) is a prescription medicine used to lessen appetite. It can help weight loss by making you less hungry. Or it can help you feel full longer.
Phentermine also is offered combined with topiramate for weight loss (Qsymia). The combined drug is approved for long-term use. Phentermine is approved for use for up to 12 weeks. But weight management can take time. So for some patients, our providers might order it for longer use.
Like other weight-loss medicines ordered by providers, phentermine is meant to be only part of a weight-loss plan. For example, it can be be used with healthy eating, physical activity and behavior change. Phentermine is for people with obesity or overweight who haven't been able to lose enough weight with diet and exercise alone to improve their health.
Phentermine is a Schedule 4 drug.
Tenuate
Diethylpropion is used along with a doctor-approved, reduced-calorie diet, exercise, and behavior change program to help you lose weight. It is used in people who are significantly overweight (obese) and have not been able to lose enough weight with diet and exercise alone. Losing weight and keeping it off can reduce the many health risks that come with obesity, including heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and a shorter life.
It may work by decreasing your appetite, increasing the amount of energy used by your body, or by affecting certain parts of the brain. This medication is an appetite suppressant and belongs to a class of drugs called sympathomimetic amines. Ask our doctor if Tenuate is right for you.
Vyvanse
What is Vyvanse?

Vyvanse is for the treatment of ADHD in patients ≥6 years and for adults with moderate to severe B.E.D. It is not for ADHD patients <6 years and not for B.E.D. in patients <18 years. Vyvanse is not for weight loss or to treat obesity.
